    Pack not sealed

We understand your concern about the seal. We inspect products externally and pack them securely before dispatch. Please contact our support team privately with your order number and original unboxing video, and clarify whether you mean the outer box seal or an individual booster pack. This will allow us to review the specific condition you received.

The product was ok and nice delivered.

But very unhappy with the amount I had to pay extra 32,700 yen for 6 boxes of one piece.

Unfortunately not ordering anything else from this website.

    Sry.

We are glad the products arrived safely. Your review does not identify which charges made up the additional amount. Import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance fees, when billed separately, are distinct from our product and shipping charges. Please send our support team the relevant invoice privately so we can identify the charges and direct any questions to the appropriate billing party.

The box arrived open and 1 envelope was missing :c I don’t know who it was but it’s too bad that the product arrived like this T_T
